PHELPS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL & ATHLETIC FIELDS - PIKE COUNTY

A newly designed Phelps Elementary School included a new entrance on KY 632 and shared access entrance with the adjacent High School. Drainage, Floodplain and utilities were included in the review.

Designed new Football, Baseball and Softball fields for High School competition with four (4) new entrances on KY 194 while including drainage modelling, floodplain review, utilities and traffic review.
